What you will do

• Perform end-to-end development including database schema design, API architecture, and front-end UI/UX design.
• Build tools for risk analytics, monitoring, and quantitative research.
• Utilize Agile and DevOps methodologies to iteratively refine products.
• Manage build, test, deployment, and monitoring processes.
• Ensure high code quality through peer reviews and automated testing using Git and CI/CD tools.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in frontend, backend, or fullstack development.
• Ability to understand and implement mathematical and statistical user requirements.
• Proficiency in English reading and writing for daily communication.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Shanghai.

Nice to have

• Experience with C#, TypeScript, Python, React, FastAPI, and .NET Core.
• Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases, RESTful API, WebSocket, and gRPC.
• Experience with Cloud infrastructure, CDK/Terraform, Kubernetes, and Docker.
• Strong background in linear algebra and statistics (correlation, standard deviation).
