What you will do

• Collaborate with internal teams to identify business challenges and design AI-driven solutions.
• Develop and deliver end-to-end software products from ideation to production deployment.
• Integrate LLM services such as OpenAI and Gemini to enhance user experience and system intelligence.
• Engage with users and stakeholders to gather feedback and iterate on product features.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines and contribute to the reliability and scalability of deployed solutions.
• Take ownership of tasks and ensure the smooth operation of AI-integrated systems independently.

Requirements

• Strong English communication skills for translating user feedback into technical improvements.
• Proven experience in end-to-end product development and delivery.
• Hands-on experience building applications that leverage LLMs (e.g., Gemini, OpenAI APIs).
• Proficiency in at least one programming language: Python, C#, or TypeScript.
• Familiarity with CI/CD workflows and best practices for software delivery.
• Highly self-motivated, proactive, and capable of managing priorities independently.

Nice to have

• Financial industry background.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP for deploying solutions.
• Experience building Ray or MLflow compute environments.
