What you will do
- Develop a standardized intake flow for facial photos, patient context, and visit history.
- Build a computer vision pipeline that converts photos into quantified skin-condition summaries.
- Create longitudinal tracking systems to compare outcomes across visits and validate treatment plans.
- Design clinic-facing workflows for treatment recommendations and patient record management.
- Collaborate closely with clinics to map real-world intake and treatment processes.
- Work with the build team to validate the product wedge and market fit.
Requirements
- Strong engineering skills across computer vision, product software, and end-to-end workflow design.
- Experience in medical imaging, skin analysis, health/beauty tech, CRM systems, or recommendation engines.
- Must be able to work on-site in Taiwan for the duration of the 12-week residency.
- Ability to move rapidly from prototype to pilot with real staff.
- Proficiency in using AI coding assistants and modern AI tools to accelerate execution.
- Mandarin fluency is preferred.
Nice to have
- Experience with longitudinal patient data or clinic-management software.
- Experience designing multilingual interfaces or operator workflows for non-technical users.
- Previous founder or founding engineer experience in health, beauty, or workflow software.
