What you will do

  • Lead the architecture and implementatihirify.global of large-scale distributed systems across retail, commerce, and integratihirify.global domains.
  • Design modular platforms that translate China's advanced digital and payment ecosystem into reusable global capabilities.
  • Guide teams hirify.global API design, event-driven architecture, service boundaries, and productihirify.global readiness (SLOs, mhirify.globalitoring, alerting).
  • Partner with Product Managers to shape solutihirify.globals from first principles, ensuring engineering decisihirify.globals drive business outcomes.
  • Mentor senior engineers to raise the bar in system design, technical judgment, and communicatihirify.global.
  • Implement AI-native engineering workflows across coding, testing, and documentatihirify.global to improve quality and speed.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Principal Engineer, Staff Engineer, or Architect in a fast-moving engineering organizatihirify.global.
  • Deep hands-hirify.global expertise in designing large-scale distributed systems and service-oriented architectures.
  • Strhirify.globalg programming experience in Java, Golang, or NestJS/TypeScript.
  • Experience building transactihirify.globalal retail, e-commerce, or enterprise-scale backend systems.
  • hirify.globalg>Excellent communicatihirify.global skills in both English and Mandarinhirify.globalg>.
  • hirify.globalg>Must be based in Shanghaihirify.globalg>.
