What you will do

• Define and optimize the end-to-end technical architecture of BESS platforms, from cell/module design through to the MV grid interface.
• Serve as the technical authority for system-level decisions, bridging the gap between engineering and product management.
• Develop and maintain maps of customer system designs and align product roadmaps to address gaps and deficiencies.
• Author technical white papers to demonstrate system leadership and present designs at regional conferences.
• Engage with major OEMs, integrators, and utilities to validate technical solutions and identify new business opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; MSEE is highly desirable.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in the BESS market, power electronics, or renewable energy sectors.
• Deep technical understanding of BESS architectures, safety systems, power conversion, and protection technologies.
• Experience working directly with major OEMs, integrators, and utilities.
• Excellent executive-level presentation and communication capabilities.
• Ability to travel 30-50% globally.
