UX Designer (PLM)

What you will do

• Contribute to and evolve a shared design system, including components, tokens, and patterns.
• Translate conceptual directions into reusable UI structures and polished, high-fidelity designs.
• Ensure UI consistency across various applications and services.
• Develop visual designs with strong clarity to shape product direction and elevate user experience.
• Support multiple product teams by delivering layouts, icons, and feature interfaces.
• Own the execution of production work streams and specifications to remove design bottlenecks.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in product UX/UI design.
• Strong UI execution skills and proven experience working within or contributing to a design system.
• Solid visual design fundamentals in layout, typography, spacing, and hierarchy.
• Experience working in a product-driven environment (non-agency).
• Strong English proficiency.
• Ability to work autonomously and deliver solutions amidst ambiguity and evolving requirements.

Nice to have

• Working familiarity with frontend fundamentals (HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript).
• Awareness of how frameworks like React influence UI implementation.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma.
• Understanding of iterative development and close collaboration with engineering.
