What you will do

• Undergo training to remotely resolve automation and equipment cases via phone, chat, and email.
• Follow structured learning paths to build troubleshooting skills in industrial automation before taking ownership of cases.
• Participate in remote troubleshooting sessions alongside senior specialists and document solutions.
• Collaborate with field engineers and global competence networks to drive continuous improvement.
• Support equipment reliability, availability, and performance through remote services.
• Develop technical, problem-solving, and communication skills through shadowing and project participation.

Requirements

• Recent degree in Mechatronics, Automation, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• Graduated no earlier than July 2024.
• Limited professional experience in the field (up to one year).
• Strong interest in industrial automation, programming, and mechatronics.
• Foundational knowledge of programming concepts used in industrial automation (e.g., ladder logic, structured text, or function block diagrams).
• Must be based in Monte Mor, SP, Brazil.

Nice to have

• Initial exposure to automation platforms, specifically Beckhoff technologies.
• Familiarity with Siemens, Rockwell, or SCADA systems.
