Salary: $153,000-$166,000

What you will do

• Collaborate daily via mob programming to design and implement novel security solutions interfacing with native OS APIs across desktop and mobile platforms.
• Write performant, stable code in native and web environments, focusing on lower-level components for Windows, macOS, iOS, and ChromeOS.
• Decompose product requirements into functional changes, maintain high engineering standards, and support systems across teams.
• Drive team improvements in practices, architecture, testing, developer experience, security, and resilience.
• Participate in code/design reviews, resolve production issues, and adopt AI-augmented engineering practices.
• Experiment with new methods and tools to enhance team processes in a post-agile environment.

Requirements

• 6+ years production software development experience managing full lifecycle of features.
• Experience with platform-native development interfacing with OS APIs.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, C++, Swift; code review and architecture improvement.
• Strong problem-solving, technical research, and collaboration skills for security challenges.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Ability to travel 3-5 times a year to NYC or Reston, VA.

Nice to have

• Experience with anti-cheat controls in video games or similar software.
• Native client app development on Windows/macOS.
• Low-level debugging, assembly review, native development components.
