What you will do
- Conceptualize and write copy for omnichannel digital assets (emails, banners, websites, social media) and print materials.
- Ensure all content adheres to FDA regulations, Fair Balance standards, and internal MLR/PRC policies.
- Translate complex scientific data into clear, audience-appropriate language for HCPs and patients.
- Leverage Generative AI tools to ideate, draft, and optimize content while applying human editorial judgment.
- Manage references, citations, and versioning through Veeva PromoMats.
- Collaborate with designers and brand teams to ensure consistency in voice and tone across all assets.
Requirements
- BA/BS or equivalent degree in a health science discipline.
- Must reside in or have legal authorization to work in the US.
- Fluent in American English.
- 10+ years of experience in medical communications, marketing, or advertising agencies.
- Hands-on experience with MLR/PRC workflows and regulatory writing.
- Proven portfolio of successful print and digital assets.
Nice to have
- Proficiency with Veeva PromoMats and Jira.
- Experience with prompt engineering and Generative AI platforms (e.g., Jasper AI).
- Familiarity with WCAG accessibility standards and HIPAA data privacy.
- Experience using Figma and Adobe Acrobat.
