What you will do

• Develop and implement strategic supply chain initiatives aligned with business goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure accurate demand forecasting and production planning.
• Coordinate with logistics partners to optimize transportation, warehousing, and distribution operations.
• Monitor and analyze supply chain costs to identify and implement cost-saving strategies.
• Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals across multiple locations.
• Orchestrate factory expansion and CAPEX investments to support long-term growth ambitions.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in a complex supply chain environment within an international organization.
• Proven leadership track record in manufacturing, planning, and/or logistics.
• In-depth knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes (Plan, Make, Source, Deliver, Quality).
• University degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or Engineering (Master's preferred).
• Experience in the FMCG or packaged goods industry and/or strategic supply chain consulting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

• Certifications such as Six Sigma, Operations, or Inventory Management.
