TL;DR

Junior Fraud Analyst (iGaming): Monitoring player accounts, transactions, and gameplay to identify potential fraud with an accent on suspicious behavior like multi-accounting and bonus abuse. Focus on reviewing fraud alerts, conducting basic account checks, and documenting investigations.

Location: Fully remote worldwide, with option to visit office in Limassol, Tbilisi, or Yerevan if located nearby

What you will do

  • Monitor player accounts, transactions, and gameplay activity for suspicious patterns;
  • Identify and flag issues like multi-accounting, bonus abuse, or payment irregularities;
  • Review alerts from fraud detection systems and conduct basic checks on IP, device, and KYC info;
  • Document investigations, maintain case records, and escalate complex cases to seniors;
  • Follow internal procedures and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • 0–2 years experience in fraud, risk, or iGaming (preferred);
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn;
  • Basic analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Ability to work in a team and follow guidelines.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Excel or similar tools.
