What you will do

• Lead the delivery of HR Shared Services engagements, ensuring agreed service levels, quality standards, and cost targets are met.
• Drive continuous improvement of HR SSC processes using Lean / Six Sigma methodologies for SOPs and governance frameworks.
• Oversee quality management by defining KPIs and implementing corrective actions based on performance data.
• Identify delivery risks, manage escalations, and coordinate recovery actions with HR IT and stakeholders.
• Ensure audit readiness and compliance with internal controls, data protection, and local regulations.
• Coach and enable HR SSC teams to promote a customer-oriented, zero-defect quality mindset.

Requirements

• Academic degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in HR Services, HR Operations, or SSC/BPO environments.
• Proven experience with Lean, Six Sigma, quality systems, and continuous improvement tools.
• Track record in implementing and governing HR service delivery models at a regional or global level.
• Fluency in English is required.

Nice to have

• Fluency in additional European languages.
• Experience with SuccessFactors, SAP HR, PeopleDoc, or ticketing systems.
