is an international development partner and systems supplier for the automotive industry, developing efficient mobility technologies including hydrogen and other nonfossil-fuel engines, fuel cells, and e-mobility solutions.
What you will do
- Lead regional HR Shared Services engagements and ensure service levels, quality standards, cost targets, and customer expectations are met.
- Improve HR SSC processes using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, including intake processes, SOPs, documentation, and governance frameworks.
- Define quality KPIs, monitor tickets, calls, and trends, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Identify service-delivery risks, manage escalations, and coordinate recovery actions with HR IT, Centers of Expertise, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Maintain audit readiness and compliance with internal controls, data protection, quality standards, and local regulations.
- Coach HR SSC teams and managers while supporting stakeholder engagement, service expansion, and new initiatives.
Requirements
- Academic degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in HR Services, HR Operations, SSC/BPO environments, or similar service delivery models.
- Hands-on experience with Lean, Six Sigma, quality systems, audits, and continuous improvement tools.
- Experience implementing, optimizing, and governing HR processes and service delivery models at regional or global level.
- Strong analytical, stakeholder management, communication, and project management skills.
- Fluent English is required.

- Experience with SuccessFactors, SAP HR, PeopleDoc, or ticketing systems.
