Gross salary: 1800-2500 EUR/month + bonuses

What you will do

• Proactively source and identify top-performing content creators across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
• Conduct high-volume prospecting using influencer databases to find niche creators
• Assess influencers’ credibility, brand safety, reputation, statistics, demographics, and metrics to qualify leads
• Craft compelling cold outreach messages and A/B test email campaigns for better response rates
• Manage and organize a pipeline of qualified leads for the account management team
• Refine search methods and outreach techniques to improve lead quality and volume

Requirements

• Experience in lead generation, sales prospecting, or similar outreach-heavy role
• Interest in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or creator economy
• Excellent written communication for crafting converting cold emails
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate data, spot trends, and qualify leads
• Expertise in YouTube; familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, Twitch advantageous
• Highly organized, fast-paced, result-driven mindset
• Excellent English skills
