Salary: $35-$40 hourly (approx. 30 hours/week)

What you will do

• Curate content via push notifications and social media to build hirify.global's social presence.
• Develop new experiences within the hirify.global app and other services as requested.
• Design and execute social growth strategy, focusing on TikTok, Instagram, Threads, and X.
• Support evening and weekend U.S. news cycles with real-time digital news production.
• Apply strong news judgment to identify stories and trends independently.

Requirements

• Consistently available to support evening and weekend news cycles in the U.S.
• 3+ years’ experience in breaking news and journalism.
• Mastery of TikTok, Instagram, Threads, and X with strong POV on internet culture.
• Expert knowledge of AP Style.
• Knowledge of remote-work software including Slack, Google Drive, and Google Meets.
• Ability to use professional judgment without direct supervision.
