Location: Remote only from France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Portugal, Spain, or UK with monthly Paris office visits (fully reimbursed). Visa sponsorship and relocation support only for France-based positions.

Compensation: €90k–120k + stock options/BSPCE (higher for outstanding profiles, adjusted for cost of living).

What you will do

• Develop cross-platform libraries in Rust/WebAssembly/wgpu for iOS, Android, and Web apps, impacting millions of users.
• Architect and deliver complex features from specification to platform integration.
• Collaborate with product, web, and mobile teams for consistent hirify.global experience.
• Contribute to live collaboration platform similar to Figma or Google Docs.
• Own work end-to-end in a small multicultural team of ~120.

Requirements

• Proven Rust experience; C/C++ appreciated; understanding of higher-level languages like Swift, Kotlin, JS/TS.
• Experience delivering cross-platform client-side code with simple interfaces for complex tasks.
• Strong ownership, initiative in product and technical decisions.
• Team experience in fast-growing startup.
• Fluent English (C1+).
• Based in France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Portugal, Spain, or UK.

Nice to have

• Experience with OpenGL, Metal, WebGPU, WebAssembly, Elixir, or Erlang.
