TL;DR

Location: Hartlepool, UK. Must have pre-existing right to work and travel within the UK.

What you will do
- Provide onsite and remote technical support for staff in the Hartlepool office and wider business.
- Install, diagnose, repair, and upgrade hardware including PCs, terminals, printers, and scanners.
- Support a cross-platform environment involving Windows and iOS.
- Document and monitor all incidents via the ISM Helpdesk system to ensure timely resolution.
- Procure, configure, and manage desktop PCs, laptops, and mobile technology.
- Facilitate and maintain secure network access for remote users.
Requirements
- Experience with Windows 10 and 11 and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proven ability in software and hardware troubleshooting (RAM, SSD/HDD).
- Ability to setup and maintain components and peripheral accessories.
- Pre-existing right to work and travel within the UK.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to operate effectively within a team with minimal supervision.
Nice to have
- Experience with Active Directory (account creation, password resets).
- Knowledge of Microsoft Intune or Entra.
