What you will do
- Lead and develop Mental Performance across multi-methodological, developmental, organizational, and strategic areas.
- Assess athletes’ mental characteristics using multi-dimensional approaches and translate into practical intervention strategies.
- Develop individual athlete profiling frameworks to identify strengths, needs, and behavioral patterns.
- Explore innovations through emerging technologies, AI, neuroscience, and sport science for mental performance integration.
- Align mental performance approaches across sports entities with your team.
- Collaborate with coaching, performance staff, athlete health, and external partners.
Requirements
- Master's degree (or higher) in Sport Psychology or related field
- Extensive experience (10+ years) working with elite athletes in individual and team environments
- Proven experience leading teams and managing collaborations
- Experience in interdisciplinary performance environments
- Strong understanding of high-performance sport demands
- Ability to translate theory into practical solutions
- High level of English proficiency (written and verbal)
- Travel 20-30%

- Personal experience in competitive/elite sports
- German or additional languages
- Interest in innovative tools in high-performance environments
