Training Liaison Manager

TL;DR

Training Liaison Manager (Aviation): Support training services through review of authorizations, client coordination, and team leadership with an accent on regulatory compliance, scheduling, and operational excellence. Focus on building client relationships, resolving conflicts, and driving performance via KPIs and continuous improvement.

Location: Onsite at Training Centre in Vienna, Austria (full-time, permanent, 40 hours/week; occasional public holidays required)

What you will do

• Review training authorisations (TCAs), licence renewals, and prerequisite assessments for Training Managers.
• Act as key link between clients, Account Executives, Planning, and Training teams for compliant solutions.
• Build client relationships via proactive engagement and exceptional service.
• Lead training administrators and instructor records specialists.
• Ensure instructor qualifications align with fleet and regulatory requirements; coordinate training and resolve scheduling issues.
• Monitor client progress, facilitate remedial training, and support production meetings.
• Develop and track KPIs to drive performance and exceed targets.

Requirements

• Proven aviation crew scheduling/operational experience
• Strong knowledge of aviation regulatory requirements
• Excellent communication and relationship-building across teams
• Results-driven with track record of commitments
• Problem-solving for customer-focused solutions
• Experience leading others in complex environments
• Highly organised with attention to detail
• Confident in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Experience in business aviation/simulator training
