What you will do
- Ensure Material Master Data is created on time and accurately per briefing from Marketing/Initiative Leader.
- Follow Global Data Standards from Data Governance Team and contribute to their adjustments.
- Deliver Data Readiness during innovation stages and lead related workstreams.
- Provide clear insights into product creation cycle and related data to stakeholders.
- Act as liaison between Master Data departments, ensuring timely follow-up.
- Communicate issues effectively, prioritize resolutions, and share findings to reduce repeated issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or final years (Engineering, BA or similar).
- Good technical skills in Excel and SAP; knowledge of Microsoft Access, Visual Basic a plus.
- Root Cause Analysis mentality with ability to propose and deliver improvements.
- Team player mindset with strong individual accountability and drive to improve.
- Autonomous motivation to implement changes and challenge processes.
- Good English level and communication skills.
