What you will do

• Define and maintain accurate demand forecasts at SKU and country level aligned with business priorities.
• Deliver budgeted Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) outcomes and improve forecast accuracy.
• Partner with Supply Planning, sales, vendors, category managers, and country teams.
• Coordinate forecasts, facilitate communication on market changes, and support new product introductions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of EMEA forecasting processes.

Requirements

• 3–5 years in demand planning, forecasting, or similar commercial planning role
• Fluency in English; additional European languages advantageous
• Experience in regional, multicultural environments
• Willingness to travel within EMEA ~once per quarter
• Advanced Excel skills; Power BI or similar a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, collaborative style.
