Technical Analyst (SQL)

Technical Analyst (SQL/SaaS): Resolving technical incidents and troubleshooting for a Sales Performance Management platform with an accent on SQL scripting and relational database concepts. Focus on reproducing complex issues, analyzing logs, and coordinating with product teams to ensure high client satisfaction.

Location: Remote (Mexico Only). Must be able to work within Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours.

What you will do

• Resolve technical problems by troubleshooting incidents, analyzing traces and log files, and reproducing issues.
• Communicate investigation progress to clients and maintain detailed records within the CRM system.
• Utilize support tools and processes to meet KPI targets, including SLA, QA, and resolution rates.
• Collaborate with product and development teams to report bugs and contribute to product enhancements.
• Share best practices for the deployment and utilization of hirify.global products to help customers maximize business value.
• Participate in a scheduled weekend on-call rotation.

Requirements

• Must be based in Mexico.
• Must be able to adjust working hours to align with Eastern Standard Time (EST).
• 2+ years of relevant technical experience.
• Proven experience working with SaaS platforms (mandatory).
• Familiarity with relational database concepts and SQL scripting.
• English: CEFR B2 level proficiency or higher required.
