What you will do

• Advise on all stages of the product lifecycle, from design and development to marketing and distribution.
• Partner with engineering, product management, and compliance teams to resolve legal issues for cloud services.
• Draft, structure, and negotiate technology development, licensing, and commercial agreements.
• Ensure company compliance with international laws regarding IP, privacy, security, and trade.
• Review and provide legal counsel on advertising and marketing materials.
• Conduct legal training for internal teams and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Law degree and minimum 5 years of in-house experience in the technology industry.
• Deep expertise in software, SaaS, and cloud offerings.
• Significant experience with intellectual property, licensing, privacy, and trade compliance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to apply legal principles to complex technical architectures.

• Experience with HIPAA compliance.
