TL;DR
CNO Developer (Cybersecurity): Support offensive cyber operations by researching vulnerabilities, performing advanced reverse engineering, and developing custom capabilities against complex targets with an accent on mission-critical toolsets. Focus on enhancing existing tools, prototyping solutions, testing for reliability, and integrating into operational environments.
Location: Onsite at 6709 Arsenal, Alabama or 308 Sentinel Drive, Annapolis Junction, MD. U.S. Citizenship required; must qualify as U.S. person per ITAR. Active TS/SCI with polygraph required.
Salary: $140,000 - $200,000

What you will do
- Enhance and extend existing CNO toolsets and capabilities.
- Design and develop prototypes to validate mission requirements.
- Develop and deliver deployable toolsets operating within mission constraints.
- Conduct testing and oversee validation for reliability and release readiness.
- Collaborate with analysts, operators, and cross-functional teams to integrate solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent).
- Minimum 12 years of software development experience.
- Experience developing software in Linux/Windows/Embedded applications.
- Producing and modifying software in C/C++/Python/Assembly.
- Support for fielded software systems.
- Experience with Atlassian Tools (Jira, Confluence), Git, and Subversion.
- Experience with production CNO capabilities and operations.
