CNO Developer (Cybersecurity)

CNO Developer (Cybersecurity): Support offensive cyber operations by researching vulnerabilities, performing advanced reverse engineering, and developing custom capabilities against complex targets with an accent on mission-critical toolsets. Location: Onsite at 6709 Arsenal, Alabama or 308 Sentinel Drive, Annapolis Junction, MD. U.S. Citizenship required; must qualify as U.S. person per ITAR. Active TS/SCI with polygraph required.

Salary: $140,000 - $200,000

What you will do

• Enhance and extend existing CNO toolsets and capabilities.
• Design and develop prototypes to validate mission requirements.
• Develop and deliver deployable toolsets operating within mission constraints.
• Conduct testing and oversee validation for reliability and release readiness.
• Collaborate with analysts, operators, and cross-functional teams to integrate solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent).
• Minimum 12 years of software development experience.
• Experience developing software in Linux/Windows/Embedded applications.
• Producing and modifying software in C/C++/Python/Assembly.
• Support for fielded software systems.
• Experience with Atlassian Tools (Jira, Confluence), Git, and Subversion.
• Experience with production CNO capabilities and operations.
