Location: Onsite in Ortigas, Alabang, Pampanga, Cebu, Philippines. Work schedule: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM PHT (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM AEST).

What you will do

• Prepare drawing packages for planning, construction approvals, CDC, DA, CC, and tender documentation.
• Produce detailed construction and joinery drawings suitable for building and fabrication.
• Develop and refine ArchiCAD project models, generating coordinated documentation sets directly from 3D models.
• Integrate consultant information, mark-ups, and technical input into organized documentation.
• Interpret concept designs, sketches, and references into resolved construction details using sound construction knowledge.
• Maintain structured ArchiCAD files, drawing sets, and consistent standards compliant with NCC, Australian Standards, LEP, and DCP.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and team via email; support office systems like templates and library management; assist with 3D visualization.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years in drafting or building documentation; 5+ years experience preferred.
• Strong proficiency in ArchiCAD, including 3D modelling and documentation workflows.
• Experience with detailed construction documentation for residential/commercial projects.
• Solid understanding of building construction methods and detailing.
• Familiarity with National Construction Code (NCC), Australian Standards, LEP, and DCP.
• Ability to interpret designs/sketches into resolved drawings; strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written English communication skills for professional email interactions.
