What you will do

• Analyze dealership transactional data: calculate/verify financials, identify population trends, compile concerns on questionable data.
• Engage periodically with dealership accounting personnel to confirm data matches.
• Use Excel analytical tools, SQL/AIC/custom queries, Salesforce CRM for logging status, adding summaries, quality checks on reports.
• Perform data analysis investigations requested by Customer Care team.
• Coordinate with Customer Care to communicate investigation results to retailers.
• Conduct vendor data analysis.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in automotive sales accounting, F&I, or data/analytics
• Associate degree (AA) or higher, or equivalent professional experience
• Demonstrated expertise in automotive accounting, F&I operations, or data analysis
• Ability to work remotely while collaborating effectively with team
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, customer service abilities
• Proficiency with Excel, SQL, Microsoft Office Suite
