Location: Based out of the Tokyo office with weekly flexibility.

What you will do

• Create, update, and review standard and customized response letters and FAQs using reliable sources.
• Ensure responses to medical inquiries align with hirify.global’s SOPs and regulatory standards.
• Conduct advanced literature searches for education and incorporation into medical information letters.
• Summarize literature, clinical protocols, and clinical study reports.
• Respond to escalated medical inquiries from healthcare professionals and collaborate with the Medical Information Call Center.
• Review commercial materials to ensure accuracy and compliance with global and local rules and regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years working in a Medical Information capacity at a pharmaceutical or biotech company, ideally in the area of Pulmonology and/or Infectious Diseases and/or orphan/rare diseases.
• Thorough understanding of regulations, compliance, and industry standards relating to communicating product information to HCPs and/or consumers.
• Proficiency in medical writing and utilizing literature search engines.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal and written / Japanese and English).
• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences required; advanced degree preferred.
