Civil Estimator (Civil Concrete/FRP): Preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for civil concrete projects such as bridges and water waste with an accent on formwork, reinforcing, and concrete pours. Focus on completing quantity take-offs, identifying risks and opportunities, and assisting with project budgeting and forecasting.
Location: Ortigas, Alabang, Pampanga, or Cebu, Philippines. WFH, Onsite, or Hybrid. Work Schedule: 5:00AM–2:00PM (PH time) / 7:00AM–4:00PM (AEST).

What you will do
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, take-offs, and tender submissions
- Review drawings, specifications, and project documentation
- Complete quantity take-offs across formwork, reinforcing, and concrete pours
- Identify risks, opportunities, and cost-saving measures
- Assist with project budgeting and forecasting
Requirements
- 4–5 years’ experience as an Estimator in civil construction
- Strong practical knowledge of FRP (Formwork, Reinforcing, Pour)
- Ability to interpret drawings and specifications for concrete structures
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tenders and deadlines
- Strong communication and organisational skills
