What you will do
- Manage kiln firing processes, maintaining optimal temperature and humidity levels.
- Load and unload materials into and from the kiln for even heating.
- Continuously monitor kiln operations including temperature and pressure for compliance and safety.
- Troubleshoot issues during firing and make adjustments for quality control.
- Conduct quality checks on finished products to meet standards.
- Perform routine maintenance on kiln equipment and maintain operation records.
Requirements
- Experience in kiln operations and firing processes in manufacturing.
- Knowledge of temperature, pressure, and humidity control in industrial settings.
- Skills in troubleshooting, quality control, and equipment maintenance.
- Ability to maintain accurate records of operations and production.
