What you will do

• Achieve retail sales plans and manage territory spending budgets, including freelance and travel expenses.
• Build and maintain collaborative relationships with store and district management to grow market share.
• Train, coach, and motivate store personnel on brand products, services, and selling techniques.
• Plan and execute new product launches and in-store events to drive retail results.
• Recruit, interview, and manage freelance support and licensed professional staff within the territory.
• Ensure visual merchandising standards and State Board compliance across all service locations.

Requirements

• Must have a valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and a safe, reliable vehicle.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Willingness to undertake overnight and air travel as required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Proven ability to make strategic decisions based on sales analysis and KPIs.
