What you will do

• Manage Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) for backend operating systems.
• Maintain and enhance IAM AIbot functionalities using RAG, LLMs, and vector databases.
• Handle account management, permission authorization, access reviews, and risk identification.
• Monitor system alerts via STAP to proactively surface and resolve underlying issues.
• Evaluate system effectiveness and suggest improvements based on organizational needs.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in IT/Computing related field.
• Direct experience and a strong understanding of IAM principles.
• Knowledge of security protocols, access control tools, and best practices.
• Must be proficient in RAG techniques, LLMs, Vector databases, and Elasticsearch.
• Proficiency in Python, Django, AWS, PostgreSQL, and Docker.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is required.
