What you will do

• Explore and identify key consumer metrics and market trends in collaboration with Commercial and Analytics teams.
• Extract, clean, and analyze complex datasets using SQL and Python to surface actionable patterns.
• Create visualizations, infographics, and presentation decks to support consultative selling for agents and developers.
• Partner with the Analytics team to define and integrate key metrics into the Agent 360 Dashboard.
• Review and provide data-grounded feedback to refine AI-assisted features within sales tools.
• Develop data-driven case studies and training materials for the Sales Excellence team.

Requirements

• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation, and strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• Working knowledge of Python (pandas, NumPy) for data wrangling and exploratory analysis.
• Experience building dashboards and visualizations in Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
• Strong understanding of descriptive statistics and the ability to construct data narratives.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting technical findings to non-technical audiences.
• Must be based in Singapore for hybrid work.
