What you will do

• Participate in the construction of the indicator system for international payment businesses, clearly and comprehensively depict the current situation of the business, and provide key data support for business development.
• Maintain sensitivity to data and curiosity about changes in indicators; interpret data phenomena to support business decision-making through rigorous quantitative analysis.
• Support A/B testing, thoroughly investigate experimental performance, attribute indicator changes, and help the business identify iteration directions.
• Use a reasonable analytical framework and data mining techniques to generate data insights and propose suggestions for strategy iteration.
• Think, summarize, and accumulate analysis methods and data-efficiency tools under mentorship.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor or Master degree in computer science, statistics, or mathematics
• Proficient in using statistical analysis tools such as SQL and Python; have a good grasp of the principles of mathematical statistics and A/B testing; be familiar with analysis methods such as causal inference and logistic regression.
• Possess strong learning and self-motivation abilities, with a strong thirst for knowledge and enterprising spirit.
• Excellent in communication, expression, and logical thinking, and have sharp data insight; be willing to think, rigorous, and meticulous.

Nice to have

• Relevant data analysis internship experience and business experience in fields such as payment, finance, and credit.
