What you will do

• Design, implement, configure, and support AVEVA PI System solutions, including PI Server, AF, Vision, Interfaces, and Connectors.
• Develop PI AF models, templates, hierarchies, and analytics to support business use cases.
• Design and deploy PI Vision dashboards for operations, engineering, and management teams.
• Perform system upgrades, patching, backups, and architecture optimization to ensure system reliability.
• Integrate equipment, SCADA/DCS, and MES into the PI System while ensuring secure access and data integrity.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical documentation and design packages.

Requirements

• Proficiency in PI AF, PI Vision, PI Interfaces, and PI Data Archive.
• Experience integrating manufacturing equipment and systems (SCADA/DCS, MES) into PI.
• Strong knowledge of regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing and GxP requirements.
• Proven experience ensuring compliance with ALCOA+, Part 11, and Annex 11 standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in process-data analytics.
• Location: Must be based in or be able to work hybrid in Boxmeer, Netherlands
