Quality Director (Mechanical Engineering)

Вакансия: Quality Director
Responsibilities:
Development and implementation of a quality strategy.
Construction of a quality management system.
Management of divisions of the quality assurance department.
Organization and support of internal and external audits, including supplier audits.
Organization of the process of managing nonconformities and quality control of equipment at manufacturing plants.
Organization of inspection control.
Monitoring the compliance of the quality system with legal requirements, the EPC contract and customer documents.

Requirements:
Higher technical education is required.
Experience of at least 7 years in the mechanical engineering, oil and gas industries or construction of large energy facilities, at least 5 years in management positions.
Expert knowledge of manufacturing technology for static, dynamic equipment and block-modular equipment.
Experience in conformity assessment/inspection control of equipment, technical audits/data reliability audits;
Experience in developing and implementing quality management systems on large engineering projects.
Experience in conducting internal and supplier audits.
Experience in automation and digitalization of processes.

Location: Moscow;
Business trips around the Russian Federation.
