Salary: $130,000 – $200,000 + equity

What you will do
- Manage site performance, uptime, and scalability for high-demand services.
- Develop monitoring dashboards, alerting systems, and runbook documentation.
- Partner with application teams to support test environments and manage CI/CD pipelines.
- Build and propose architecture changes to consolidate and streamline technology across the company.
- Develop custom tooling for deployment and release processes.
- Master and maintain various production technology stacks.
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional hands-on software engineering or DevOps experience.
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Experience with public cloud providers (GCP preferred).
- Proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes for containerized cloud solutions.
- Experience with web servers, message queues, load balancers, and databases.
- Fluency in at least one programming language such as Java, C++, Go, Python, Bash, or Perl.
