What you will do
- Expand growth of the Payments product by helping businesses adopt and scale their payment operations.
- Manage full sales cycles and close complex deals with SMB and mid-market customers.
- Work cross-functionally to influence revenue at scale and act as a trusted expert in the payments product line.
- Build and communicate compelling value propositions to diverse stakeholders including finance and operations.
Requirements
- 2-3+ years of experience in a quota-carrying sales role, preferably in SaaS, fintech, or payments.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets.
- Experience managing full sales cycles and closing complex deals with SMB or mid-market customers.
- Strong understanding of payments, processing, or financial technology.
- English: C1 - C2 proficiency required.
- Location: Must be based in Guatemala City for on-site work at Edificio Interamericas.
