Location: Hybrid in Vilnius or Kaunas, Lithuania

Salary: 3500 EUR gross

What you will do

• Design and implement AI-powered features and workflows within the SYNCHRO 4D Pro ecosystem.
• Translate AI research prototypes into production-grade, scalable features for a global user base.
• Contribute to discovery and experimentation efforts around new AI capabilities.
• Develop maintainable code and APIs while ensuring high quality and seamless integration.
• Mentor team members and participate in peer code reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in professional software engineering roles.
• 1+ years of experience working with Gen AI products using LLMs in production.
• Proficiency in React, TypeScript, and Node.js.
• Experience with AI frameworks such as Langchain.
• Must be based in or be able to work from the Vilnius or Kaunas offices (Hybrid).

Nice to have

• Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) or similar frameworks for agentic applications.
• Knowledge of RAG systems, semantic search, and vector databases.
• Familiarity with Electron.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum, continuous delivery, and DevOps processes.
