What you will do

• Lead the design and delivery of OneStream solutions and provide strategic oversight to project teams.
• Collaborate with clients to integrate OneStream software into their FP&A processes using best practices.
• Manage client expectations, ensure accountability, and identify growth opportunities within existing accounts.
• Review and refine functional and technical project deliverables.
• Evaluate task estimates and finalize project plans and effort estimations.
• Continuously enhance the delivery process for OneStream implementations.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in FP&A projects, with a strong focus on OneStream or Oracle Hyperion PBCS/EPBCS implementations.
• Experience as a Solution Architect on at least 3 full lifecycle OneStream or Oracle Hyperion projects.
• Deep functional knowledge of EPM/CPM applications and strong business acumen.
• Proven ability to manage project scope, team performance, and client expectations.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
• Experience in mentoring and developing team members.
