What you will do

• Own the product strategy, vision, and roadmap for the Underwriting Processes team.
• Lead the evolution of the underwriting platform to enable faster, more consistent, and smarter decisions.
• Convert complex business and technical challenges into actionable product features.
• Collaborate with data scientists, underwriting analysts, and engineers across Italy, the UK, and Spain.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product management or adjacent roles in software development or business analytics.
• Strong quantitative skills and confidence using data to analyze performance and drive prioritization.
• Technical fluency to effectively discuss analytics and tech content with engineering teams.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in Milan, Italy.

Nice to have

• Experience within the insurance market.
• Business proficiency in Italian or Spanish in addition to English.
• Familiarity with SQL, programming, or software architecture.
• Experience managing multi-market products or working in a global environment.
