UKG Ready Workforce Technology Consultant (HCM): Provide expertise in UKG Ready HCM implementation and configuration to deliver customized solutions and support to clients with an accent on payroll, TLM, system settings, workflows, and troubleshooting. Focus on leading client-facing discovery, training, testing, and ensuring high-quality service and client satisfaction.

Location: Remote (US). US work authorization required (E-Verify).

Salary: $70,000–$90,000/year

What you will do

• Provide expertise in UKG Ready HCM implementation, configuration, and support to clients.
• Work closely with clients to understand needs and develop customized solutions.
• Configure system settings, develop workflows, and troubleshoot issues in UKG Ready.
• Lead client-facing discovery, training, and testing sessions.
• Deliver high-quality service to ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, information technology, business administration, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 3 years (preferred 5) of experience in UKG Ready TLM and/or Payroll implementation, configuration, and support.
• Demonstrated experience configuring system settings, developing workflows, and troubleshooting in UKG Ready.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel experience (formulas, pivot tables, vlookups).
• Prior experience leading client-facing discovery, training, and testing of UKG Ready.

Nice to have

• Experience in weighted average overtime calculation, tax setup, dual counters, PBJ reporting, and multi-site reporting.
