What you will do

• Analyze operational data to identify trends, uncover root causes, and define priorities for improving customer experience.
• Translate data insights into clear action plans to optimize delivery time, rider efficiency, and cost performance.
• Hire, manage, and develop a high-performing Operations team, establishing clear ownership and growth paths.
• Own end-to-end operational performance metrics, ensuring courier supply balance and partner operation excellence.
• Standardize scalable operating models across cities to handle seasonality, business growth, and operational shifts.
• Partner with General Managers and cross-functional HQ teams to align priorities and deploy new tools and products.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in high-paced operations, consulting, logistics, or marketplace operations.
• Managerial experience leading and developing high-performing teams with a culture of ownership.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Business, or a related field (MBA is a strong plus).
• Strong analytical capability and data-driven decision-making; proficiency in dashboards and pivot tables (SQL/Excel a plus).
• English proficiency: B2+ required.
• Hands-on mentality with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and tight timelines in a high-growth environment.
