What you will do

• Own the technical direction and delivery of data infrastructure features from discovery to rollout.
• Build high-performance backend and data systems using Go and Rust.
• Design and optimize indexing, caching, and validation workflows for large-scale datasets.
• Create internal tools, benchmarks, and observability dashboards to ensure system reliability.
• Collaborate with product and infrastructure teams to translate user pain points into technical specs.
• Apply AI-first development practices to accelerate research and implementation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience in backend or distributed systems.
• Strong production expertise with Go, Rust, or similar systems languages.
• Deep understanding of distributed systems, concurrency, and data modeling.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, schema design, and query performance optimization.
• Proficiency with cloud-native infrastructure, CI/CD, and observability platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal English proficiency.

Nice to have

• Experience with blockchain infrastructure, RPC APIs, or node operations.
• Knowledge of high-volume data pipelines and event streaming.
• Experience with spec-first workflows such as RFCs or ADRs.
• Familiarity with AI tools for code generation and verification.
