What you will do

• Support the roll-out and monitoring of compliance and sustainability programs.
• Implement compliance policies and internal training initiatives.
• Evaluate legal requirements and compliance standards across foreign jurisdictions.
• Assist with sanctions and human rights due diligence initiatives.
• Maintain documentation and track updates to regulatory obligations.
• Implement AI solutions to automate and enhance the Compliance Program.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Master's degree in law, business law, or a related field.
• Strong interest in compliance and sustainability.
• Must work onsite at the Østerbro office in Copenhagen.
• Proficient English communication skills (oral and written).
• Ability to handle diverse tasks and develop business-aligned solutions.
