Salary: € 2,221.00 gross per month

What you will do
- Maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, status reports, and project schedules.
- Assist in developing and executing test cases to ensure deliverables meet the approved business scope.
- Support Business Integration Project Managers in coordinating tasks, timelines, and milestones.
- Provide general administrative support, such as scheduling meetings and preparing project presentations.
- Facilitate team communication and ensure follow-up on critical action items.
Requirements
- Advanced undergraduate, postgraduate student, or recent graduate with a Bachelor/Master degree.
- Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies like Agile or Waterfall.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for data analysis and documentation.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication.
- Must be available for on-site work in Fuschl, Austria.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with SAP FI, SAP CO, and SAP FIORI.
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Workfront, or Figma.
