What you will do

• Define and maintain company-wide integration architecture and standards for connecting tools, agents, and workflows.
• Design infrastructure for AI-native workflows in collaboration with Product and Security teams.
• Establish authentication, access, and monitoring protocols for AI agents.
• Evaluate and onboard new tools, assessing fit and identifying redundancies across the application portfolio.
• Develop the integration layer between n8n, the SaaS stack, and AI agents.
• Manage ISO/SOC 2 architecture evidence for access controls and device compliance.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience with deep hands-on skills in API architecture (REST, webhooks, event-driven patterns, OAuth, SAML).
• Experience integrating LLMs and AI platforms (e.g., Claude, OpenAI) using an AI-native approach.
• Strong proficiency in Python and Go, and familiarity with automation platforms like n8n or Make.
• Knowledge of security architecture fundamentals, including Zero Trust, ZTNA, SSO, and IAM.
• Ability to drive collaborative, company-wide initiatives with a bias for action.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Helsinki or Dublin.
