What you will do
- Apply SRE fundamentals: SLO/SLI, error budgets, MTTA/MTTR, toil management
- Integrate AI experience with tools like Claude code and CLI
- Manage monitoring systems including APM, log management, tracing, and dashboards
- Automate Jira Service Management via API, JQL/CRUD, webhooks, SLAs, and escalations
- Deploy tasks on GCP Cloud Run/Functions, work with BigQuery
- Handle incident management, on-call rotations, postmortems, and multitasking
Requirements
- SRE fundamentals, monitoring systems, Jira Service Management automation
- GCP basics (Cloud Run/Functions, BigQuery), Go/Python scripting for REST APIs
- Experience with no-code builders, incident resolution, postmortems
- Autonomy, proactivity, strong teamwork, end-to-end task ownership
- Communication in English B2+ for war-rooms and meetings with engineering/product leads
- Available for on-call and able to work from Europe
