What you will do

• Review and refine AI-generated outputs for contract drafting, negotiation tactics, risk mitigation, and compliance.
• Evaluate AI responses for legal realism, commercial logic, and real-world applicability.
• Draft realistic contract management scenarios and case studies based on direct professional experience.
• Create scenario variations from various stakeholder perspectives, including legal counsel and business leaders.
• Identify gaps, flaws, or weak logic in AI-generated contract management content.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience as a contract manager, legal operations specialist, or agreements consultant.
• Based in and eligible to work in the EU or UK.
• Several years of hands-on experience in complex or high-volume contract management environments.
• Strong ability to assess contract logic, soundness, and practical implementation.
• Availability for 8–20 hours per week.
