What you will do

• Support customer service, customer success, and community operations.
• Organize meetups, online events, and community engagement moments.
• Create marketing and sales materials and manage social content, specifically on LinkedIn.
• Handle day-to-day operations including planning, research, and follow-ups.
• Contribute to product conversations and help translate ideas into action.
• Implement AI tools to automate, simplify, and speed up repetitive work.

Requirements

• Currently studying business, marketing, entrepreneurship, or a related field.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Amsterdam.
• Strong communication skills and a high level of organization.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and modern AI tools.
• Proactive mindset and comfort with ambiguity in a fast-moving startup environment.
