What you will do

• Implement and operate the data regulation compliance framework, ensuring continuous process improvement.
• Ensure that products, services, and internal data processing activities comply with GDPR, NIS2, the Data Act, and the AI Act.
• Translate complex legal requirements into practical, solution-oriented operational processes for various business teams.
• Draft and maintain critical documentation, including privacy notices, records of processing activities, and incident response procedures.
• Manage operational compliance tasks such as data subject rights requests and personal data breach handling.
• Oversee third-party compliance through due diligence and contractual monitoring.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in law or business law from a Nordic country.
• 2-4 years of experience working with GDPR and data regulation in-house or at a law firm.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Copenhagen.
• Basic understanding of broader technology regulations like NIS2, the AI Act, and the Data Act.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Solid interest in technology and artificial intelligence.
