Project Manager Intern (Gamification)

Project Manager Intern (Gamification): Supporting production and development teams in managing timelines and coordinating tasks with an accent on project tracking and cross-functional communication. Focus on assisting with sprint planning, backlog grooming, and applying Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Location: Hybrid in Bandung (3 days WFO & 2 days WFH)

What you will do

• Create and update project plans, schedules, and task trackers.
• Document meetings, including MoM, task assignments, and status updates.
• Track task progress using tools like Jira, Trello, or ClickUp.
• Coordinate with design, development, and QA teams to resolve blockers and dependencies.
• Support the Producer/Project Manager in sprint planning and backlog grooming.
• Maintain project documentation, including risk logs and feature summaries.

Requirements

• Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Game Development, Industrial Engineering, Management, or related fields.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable or eager to learn Notion and other project management tools.
• Genuine interest in game development and digital product management.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid environment in Bandung.
